New industrial plant. Construction of a new industrial building designed for mechanical workshops. Completion works for both internal and external areas and execution of the urbanization works of the industrial lot.

Floor space: about 12,000.00 square meters and a height of about 10.50 meters. In addition to the areas for production and warehousing of goods, all the ancillary rooms for services and facilities have been completed, and the office block occupies a large part of the south side and is spread over 3 levels
Outside, the water collection and treatment system was implemented, as well as all the other systems and spaces for transit and parking (access, shelters). Urbanization works related to the building lot have been realized as well (road connection and parking lots).
