Assistant QHSE Manager

Duci Norge AS is looking for an Assistant QHSE Manager for its Narvik high voltage line foundation project, based in Evenskjer, Harstad (Norway).
Responsibilities
The Assistant QHSE Manager will support the QHSE Manager in ensuring, within the scope of the job order, compliance with the QHSE requirements demanded by the contract and regulations, as well as the correct implementation of the company's Management System, which complies with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
He/she will also support in the preparation and revision of the QHSE management plan and related procedures/instructions, as well as in the verification of the correct application, by the contract functions, of the operating methods defined in the above-mentioned documents.
In particular, the tasks of the resource will be t
Collaborate with the QHSE Manager and the Project Manager in defining the integrated Quality, Environment and Safety policy; prepare the Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management Plan and all the System documentation (Management Procedures, Operating Procedures, Operating Instructions, Control Plans, data collection ...), ensuring it is updated over time;
Collaborating in the monitoring of job order QHSE performance, ensuring the preparation of QHSE reports and documentation for job order management, proactively reporting any need for improvement;
Participating in the investigation of accidents and incidents, supporting the QHSE Manager in the analysis, identification of causes and, jointly with the Project;
To the extent of its competence, provide support to the Procurement Department during the bid request phases for subcontracts, assessing the suitability of the relevant QHSE Management Systems with respect to contractual and company requirements;
To support the various company functions so that the application of the Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management Plan is also guaranteed by third party companies that participate in the realisation of the Work or provide products/services for the purposes of its realisation.
Requirements
Degree in technical disciplines (Engineering, Architecture, Geology, etc.);
3 years' experience in the field of Construction/Construction and Quality Control/Environmental Control/Occupational Health and Safety of construction site activities, of which at least 1 year as Assistant/Vice on these disciplines;
Experience in infrastructure projects;
Expertise and experience in implementing the integration of Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems;
Knowledge of risk analysis and assessment techniques;
Good knowledge of the main computer packages, Word and Excel, Autocad, others.
The profile is completed by
Knowledge of language: Italian C1, English B1, second language
Good attitude to interpersonal relations, multicultural teamwork;
Result orientation;
Good communication skills;
Willingness to travel abroad;
Flexibility.

Possible qualification as UNI EN ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 auditor (proof of having successfully passed the recognised 40-hour course for System Assessors).
